②It is necessary to adjust the appropriate viscosity according to the ground conditions and mix the materials to be completed within 4 hours;

③The curing time of the base coat is about 8 hours or more;

④ After the water-based floor sealing primer is prepared, roll, scrape or brush to fully wet the concrete and penetrate into the inner layer of the concrete.

3. Coating in the construction process of water-based floor paint

①Before construction, it needs to be kept clean. If there is any debris that needs to be removed, mix the main agent and hardener in the correct proportion and stir well;

②Add an appropriate amount of the mixed resin to the quartz sand;

③ Use a trowel to coat the material evenly;

④ It takes less than 30 minutes to complete the construction of the mixed materials;

⑤ Do a good job in handover processing at the construction handover of the floor paint project;

⑥The curing time of the middle coating is about 8 hours or more;

⑦Mix the middle coating material with an appropriate amount of quartz sand and stir it evenly.

4. The batch of soil layers in the construction process of water-based floor paint

①Mix the main agent and hardener in the correct proportion and stir well;

②Use a batch knife to coat the material evenly;

③ It takes 30 minutes to complete the construction of the mixed materials;

④The curing time of batch soil is about 8 hours or more;

⑤According to the actual needs of the construction, the requirements are to be flat and no holes, and no batch of knife marks and sanding marks shall prevail.

⑥Using the top coating material and the quartz fine powder batch coating to fill the gaps between the larger particles of the middle coating. After it is completely cured, use a dust-free grinding machine to polish the ground, and use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the dust and smooth it.

5. Surface coating of water-based floor paint construction process

①It should be kept clean before construction.

② Stir the main agent evenly before use;

③ Mix the main agent and the hardener in the correct proportion and stir well;

④Using a roller or a trowel to evenly coat and mix the material, the construction should be completed within 30 minutes;

⑤Construction handover should be handled well;

⑥ After the construction of the floor paint project is completed, people can be used for 24 hours, and heavy pressure can be carried out after 72 hours (subject to 250C, and the opening time should be extended moderately at low temperature).
